We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Turkey Trot, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s central position made exploring the city a breeze, and the nearby public transportation options gave us even more freedom to check out Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable—perfect for our family’s needs. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a gem. We left feeling like we’d truly experienced Chicago like locals and would happily stay here again!"

"The blanket had a stain on it. The bathroom had a lot of hair, and so did the towels. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. Otherwise, it is a suitable place to stay. They should have a halper for the chef who makes omelets for the customers. He doesn't look like he has much patience to help with the customers. "

"I truly enjoyed my experience this Thanksgiving at EUROSTAR! The hotel staff was very courteous and made it a memorable trip for my husband and I traveling with our infant for the first time. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from Whole Foods, great bars and restaurants. But most importantly…. The breakfast at River North Bistro was magnificent! I would definitely return with family and recommend this place. Oh but there is 1 tiny con is that there aren’t any microwaves in room or in the hotel for that matter so our daughter had a few meals cold. Other than that I say this place is a lovely place. "
