"We were visiting family nearby and found this farmhouse extremely comfortable. The best beds I’ve ever slept in away from my home!! Excellent shower, lots of hot water annd equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils we needed. Caring and thoughtful hosts! I awoke to a sunrise of a field of deer."

"The house was very clean and functional with good, useful spaces. Waterfront was okay, though the bottom near the shore was mucky - wear swim shoes (which you should in any lake). Could use water stairs. Community was nice as were all the people we encountered. The clubhouse restaurant was very nice. The golf course bar was pleasant. Very near supermarket and Walmart. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"This place is quiet and scenic, yet close to amenities. The interior was comfortable and well appointed. The bed was beyond comfy and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house was a perfect place between Shenandoah and Mt Vernon. Very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with goodies! We appreciated the Christmas decor as we were celebrating together! Highly recommend "

"We had 9 of us in our group. 4 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child, 5 years old who slept with mom and dad in a king sized bed. The house was large enough for us without feeling crowded. The larger bedrooms have smart tvs and the main living room has a large tv that is good quality and easy to use. Smaller bedrooms do not have tv’s. Beds were more comfortable than other places we have stayed. House boasts two air conditioning units. Kitchen had what was needed to make basic meals. Laundry room...
