"I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. "Rooms are not really cleaned. Earbuds and dirty socks under the beds. Bar "tender" had a memory of a good fish and had to tell him twice to maybe, you know, take empty glasses on your back. You order 2 drinks and 10 minutes later...who ordered what. And yes, only one other table was busy. "
