"Quirkily decorated and very comfortable rooms above a restaurant. Hosts very nice. Quieter than I expected, considering proximity of busy restaurant. Coffee and tea available, along with wrapped pastry, but there are better breakfast options in immediate neighborhood. Wifi pretty weak, but you probably aren’t coming to Lake Como for the wifi. Not quite lakefront, but a few minutes’ walk to ferry terminal and the lake."

"Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable! Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot. Staff was nice, self checkin possible too. I'd stay there again if I ever go to Milan by car again! "
