"Great place to stay to unwind! Spacious, clean, and well equipped. Nice beds, amazing views, quiet location. We used the grill and fire pit regularly (wood provided) and never had issues with mosquitoes. Our teenagers played on/in the water with the provided equipment. We explored a state park nearby (about 30 minutes) one day. The neighbor's dog was hanging out with us often which we did not mind. However, if you do not like or are afraid of dogs this is not the place for you."

"This was an extremely pleasant stay for my family of 7. Clean, roomy, and the car port even has enough space for my lifted truck. This is such a good property, i hope everyone treats it with care. We did our best to leave it just the way we found it."

"My wife and I have stayed at this location several times over the last couple of years. It is always very clean, well-stocked and Diane is readily available if needed. There was an outdoor Halloween Costume party at the cabin across the street with close to 100 people. My wife and I couldn't believe how well behaved and polite everyone was. They wrapped up at a decent hour no fighting or yelling. It is much different in our neighborhood in Florida. We look forward to our next stay."

"This is a beautiful home on a serene and secluded property. The amenities were so far above average that we felt like we were at a resort! We ventured out and visited Johnsonville State Park for a history lesson, a freshwater pearl farm for a unique pair of earrings, and a fabulous little market called Overholt's for fresh bread and jams. The entire stay was a great experience! "

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The cottage was precious and very welcoming. The eclectic decor was amazing!!! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable!! The view of the Buffalo River could be seen throughout the house. Loved the vibe! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. We are “active” people and we wouldn’t consider...
