"From the outside the property looks good. Once inside there was evidence of mould in several areas of the property. The paint was peeling in the bedroom and water was getting in around the chimney stack. As a result the wall in the bedroom was mouldy. As my wife is a chronic asthmatic, this was far from ideal.
