"We have stayed here many times and it’s always to our liking. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff on check in were friendly. We only have one little complaint - when booking online I chose the option to pay on arrival at the hotel, but 24 hours before our booking, the hotel took the money off my card. I know that time was the cut off for free cancellation, but I feel they should have waited until I arrived before taking the payment. I know they had my...

"Check in was swift and pleasant. We were shown to the suite (family suite) and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely thick quality duvet and pillows. Tea and coffee available also. Towels were plenty and again good quality. We ate in the bar and the staff were great. Apologies for the names (both lads) Food was lovely. Very enjoyable spur of the moment stay. I would return in a heartbeat."

"A special shout out to Tom the waiter who went above and beyond serving us in the pub, he was the only worker doing his job on Sunday 9th march 25, his manager sat chatting to public all shift or out the front having a vape, while Tom was running around catering for everyone all on his own. Never once complained and had a smile all shift. "

"Nice, clean room. Was quite noisy as it overlooked the street. The shower was tiny, practically impossible to shower without washing your hair. The breakfast was really good in a lovely dining area, we also had lunch which was also good. Friendly staff, overall a good experience. "
