"I had a great time at Sandy Shell Cottage. The owner is very kind and communicative. The cottage is very central for Conwy but tucked away on a quiet street. Immaculately cleaned cottage. Well heated in winter. Strong shower. Very large comfortable bed. Lovely welcome items too. I would definitely return. "

"Firstly, the size was stated as 14 sq m! Dont worry, its not that small!! We had a lovely sunny weekend. Friendly owners always busy making their garden in full bloom, which benefits the outlook from the linear cottage. Comfortable and sympathetically decorated with nice tasteful appropriate touches. "This cottage is in a great location for exploring north wales. Straight out of door into forestry walks. Well equipped kitchen. Overall rating lowered due to a couple of negatives. Was promised an initial set of wood/kindling on arrival but this was not provided nor were dishwasher tablets. The bedrooms are small but fine for a weekend. "Beautiful cottage with amazing views. Very clean and cosy with comfy beds We stayed for four days with fantastic weather we loved siting outside enjoying the views watching the boats sail by. Getting around is easy Conwy is only 20mins stroll and the same for Llandudno we spent a lovely Sunday afternoon walking to West Beach or you can take the train from the station only ten mins walk the journey takes four mins and only cost £5.00 return for me and my husband.
