"My family has been travelling to Rochester a couple of times a month and we've tried a different hotel every time. So far, we like this one the best as breakfast was very good and served hot, on time. The two small complaints we have include the washroom door being covered with stains and the bed was too soft, though the latter seems to be a problem at every hotel we've stayed at."

"The property was nice. Unfortunately during check-in, the “computer system went down” and the staff was unable to check me in for 35 minutes. The only other issue was that the hotel walls were paper thin, to the point that you could make out what people in the next room were saying. Everyone will definitely hear any romantic encounters. There are lots of options in the near area for dining, the hotel has a bar (expensive, but available) and it’s right off the highway. These are my reasons for my ratings. Be well everyone "
