"We had a lovely one night stay in the cottage. Great for self catering and enjoyed having stables outside where we could see the horses. Lots of space and a nice log fire to enjoy. The breakfast was delivered to the cottage at our chosen time and was really tasty. "

"Lovely two nights in a beautiful barn, well appointed for 10 people. Great local pub and surroundings. However, could do with some more dusting and repairs. Must be fine with spiders. But we really enjoyed our stay."

"We were visiting from the US and wanted one central location everyone could stay as we have an extended UK family from multiple locations.. This was an ideal location and the many rooms/bed options made it easy to accommodate everyone. Close to local shops and pubs made it easy to grab essentials and plan meals out. " We thought that the master bedroom should have been provided with a TV and a couch or a couple of arm chairs. We absolutely loved the property layout & the space it afforded the whole family. The hot tub was really a relaxing bonus and was welcomed by the whole family. Finally we were very pleasantly surprised that tea and coffee were provided and really loved the surprise tub of chocolates which my children & grand children loved. Did not get a look-in. Will hope to be back in 2025. "

"Wisteria view was a fabulous stay for us; it had ample communal spaces we could enjoy together and all amenities in bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen were brilliantly thought of. Only a 10 minute taxi into bath for exploring and the hot tub was the icing on the cake during the good weather! Hope to make a return stay!"

"Loved the farmhouse, its location, the views, beautiful garden, the peace & quiet. A welcoming homely atmosphere, well-equipped, with plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and one baby. The beds were comfortable and the room sizes large. The outside of the farmhouse is very impressive and the inside doesn't disappoint and has lots of character. We very much enjoyed the company of the lovely cat who clearly thought the place was his own! Phillip, our host, introduced himself when we arrived,...

"Great facilities, location and price for my work trips. Very clean. No complaints! "

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"The hotel and staff were excellent but I would point out the food needs to be hotter. We had breakfast and some evening meals and on all occasions the food really wasn’t hot enough. Nothing wrong with the food just needs to be hot not warm "

"Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train."

Lovely hotel in a great location

"Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most of the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, the Podium car park is right next door."

"Lovely clean twin room, great shower with toiletry dispensers. Complimentary breakfast with good choices. Hotel in central position for exploring. Theatre nearby & plenty of restaurants. Station short walk away, tour buses stop outside. Great choice for our 4 night stay & get together with my best friend 😊"
