"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!"

"Great hotel. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and we're coming back after we return from visiting Langkawi. One feedback that I have is the cooler of the mini bar is not cold enough to enjoy a nice cold beer."
