"With its own beach and an ideal setting on the west side of Caye Caulker, this large house was a great stay for a long weekend. There is easy access to the split the beach on the west side of the island and is quiet as supposed to the more developed areas in Belize.Caretakers Ron and Walter Were available in person or by phone every day during our stay and helped us immensely take care of our daily tasks and needs, including a visit to the doctor across the split. The house was neat and clean...

"Pro’s: Well equipped clean and comfortable bed. Pool is well maintained and comfortable. Great lounge chairs on pier and around poolCon’s: Very close to airport runway beware if noise bothers you. Also close to a bar you will hear thumping bass long into night on weekends.Dock is a short walk 5 min at most but if it rains a lot of water in pot holes to navigate. In conclusion a great budget friendly choice if money not an issue rent on waterside. "

"Very relaxing spot, beautiful home and yard with a nice pool. It's away from the popular places so you will only see local people around, and they are very friendly. The included bicycles would have been nice but we had to rent a golf cart because of our 3 young kids. It's a 10 minutes ride to go almost anywhere on the island. Anne was a very helpful host, she even called a golf cart rental for us while we were unpacking our things. No doubt we would stay there again! "

"Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family.
