"The comunication from the hotel was great. The room itself was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Great veiws towards the sea front. Great location near the front and all local amenaties etc. 1st time staying hear, but we will 100% be using this is our new no1 choice when staying over in cleathorpes again in the future. "Lovely spacious double room. With the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Good size shower and strong shower spray. Very friendly staff, owner is the breakfast chef and the breakfast was excellent. Had steak on our 1st night, i have to say its best steak I've had for a long time and with proper homemade chips. Village is small enough to wander around to walk with various sites to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home.
