"Lovely room. Location was not amazing "

"Good standard rooms (although lift wasn't working and I had to lug my case up stairs). Pleasant reception staff and very helpful and I was able to check in early which was really appreciated. Had lunch in the bar which wasn't very impressive. Also there were Xmas parties going on and I think I was next door to 4am revellers. Might be a good idea to group party goers together and any single bookings, like myself, in another wing!!! Overall, though, no serious problems and I would stay here...

"Lovely hotel with facilities in room and in the general Communal areas as you would expect for a hotel of this branding. Excellent quality and selection of food options for breakfast. I’m gluten free and options were available but had to ask for these which is pretty standard of most hotels. The only thing that let our stay down was our ‘executive room’ looked out onto a roof and pipes, not great when paid more for a ‘better’ room but in the grand scheme of things wasn’t that big of a deal. "The room was just the right size for overnight. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was piwerful and clean. Although the toilet cubicle had a stain on the floor in front of the bowl. All in all my stay was comfortable. "

"Everything was excellent apart from a couple of annoying things. Breakfast was buffet style, food was tasty but not piping hot, coffee was the same! Didn’t spoil our trip just a little frustrating! Parking expensive £48 per day at hotel. "
