"Not the best 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at, but certainly not the worst. Clean, beautiful, quiet and comfortable, it mostly has everything you need. The single room is indeed a bit small, as others have noted, but still does the job. The shower is a bit small, and their handwash/ shower gel product, for some reason, smells a bit funny, but other than that, no real complaints. "Although the pub wasn't open due to the holiday season when we were visiting, it was a lovely stay! Great shower, room was comfortable! If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed!"

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

But the rooms are well soundproof, so you don’t get any noise from the pub or the road. "This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London. Definitely recommended for travelers visiting London! Also, I must add during my stay there were in the process of adding a bar area at the location. Great job, Bermonds Locke and staff! "

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
