In ogni caso la recensione negativa è strettamente legata ad una esperienza successiva, in cui una prenotazione effettuata tramite sito è stata annullata per overbooking a causa della totale incompetenza del personale nel riuscire a gestire questo tipo di piattaforme di prenotazione.
