"Very accommodating. Had step stool for toddlers, everything you would need in a kitchen, and wonderful views of the creek. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us! Only negative would be their parking garage. Super tight spots and hard to park larger vehicles. "

"Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. "

"We really enjoyed the location and the space but we were disappointed that some of the basic things is the kitchen and the fireplace were missing. No glassware to warm things in the microwave, no spatula as well as the fridge was leaking water inside so we had to continuously dry it off and the fireplace glass was too dirty for us to enjoy it"

"There was a fire on the property during my staying . Property manager (I believe her name was Patricia), was very attentive and giving everyone on the property full support within the limitations caused by the event. She stayed at the property until she got things resolved or on the way to be resolved. "

"Fit our group of 10 really well. It's has an old school cottage feel, backs up to the river for beautiful ambiance/sound, and is well stocked. 10-12m to gondola and right next to bus line if you dont want to walk. Incredible/ thoughtful/communicative host"
