Treetops Condominiums are a premium ski-in, ski-out property located adjacent to the Lionshead bus stop and the Eagle Bahn Gondola. It is extremely convenient - behind the Market at Vail grocery store, next to the Lionshead Village bus stop and right next to the ski mountain. This former caretaker's apartment has been renovated with all new appliances and furniture. An exclusive 2 bedroom + small loft condo with a private patio, mudroom hallway, 2 entrances, washer/dryer in the hallway.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small ladder loft with a twin bed. The loft is suitable for an older child or young adult. The second bathroom in the hall has a full shower-tub. The living room features a full-size sleeper sofa.

Great Amenitites and Well Stocked Condo!
Had some trouble finding the condo because a VAN was parked in the assigned spot blocking the parking number. It took us over an hour to finally realize it. Just know, it's the first parking spot on the right past the mechanical gate. The box with the remote to open the gate is also on that wall where the parking number is displayed. The condo is very well maintained and fully stocked. The layout is a bit strange whereby you walk through the master bedroom to access the garage and snowboarding equipment but it worked out for us. The BBQ grill was great and auto hooked up to propane so there was no issue with running out. There was plenty of room to prepare meals in the kitchen as well. We would not classify this as a ski in/out. There is a bit of a walk to the gondola and ticket office but it's not far. Overall, it was a great stay!

Lionshead condo
Very clean, new appliances, great parking. Proximity to lifts was decent. Not highly decorated and the patio was not directly connected as you might expect. It was a good price for the area.
