"Beautiful villa with breathtaking view "

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"This was a truly amazing property- perfect for the entire family, located within everything you would want to visit, and if you are into getting your 10,000 steps a day you will find this property location ideal. If you are not into walking or exercise this might not be for you- but otherwise you could not find a better place in the South of France. We loved it!!!"

"Good location 30 minutes walk to La Napoule restaurants, bars and port. Easy journey by car or train to Cannes, Nice etc. Fantastic garden and pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were great. Supermarket close by."

The kitchen has enough room and all the necessities, as we cooked most evenings. Patrick is a fantastic host, who has equipped the house perfectly with everything required. "The property is wonderful - very comfortable, interesting, and spacious, and very French (ie chic, lovely pictures of the cote d'azur, outside tables). It also has lovely additions including a decent sized private pool, a table tennis table, plenty of parking. Two other points: the location is superb, within easy reach of Vence, St Paul de Vence, Nice and the cote d'azur; and the contact with owners David and Elisabeth, and their housekeeper Francoise, was easy and welcoming.
