"Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk."

"A great location with a wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. The staff were very friendly, providing wonderful service and even digging through a basket of tech to find us a phone charger/converter. Rooms are small but chic and clean. Don't be fooled by how small the main floor reception is (a desk inside the main entrance), this hotel is a great place to stay. We watched the Carnival parade from our balcony and could walk to the old town market and most of the shopping areas."

"This was a great hotel for the cost, admittedly room was not particularly large but great for the money we paid. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Spotlessly clean. Like a lot of hotels, no matter the star rating, lighting was not great and lack of sockets near mirror. A pet hate of mine is having the hairdryer in the bathroom. A great location, near public transport, good shops and restaurants as well as the Promenade des Anglais. We would definitely stay again."

"I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Busby. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and in very good shape. The breakfast is excellent and an outstanding value. Wonderful part of town, so many things to do. Nice is a great city."
