"We were 3 families with 6 kids (ages 2-8). There’s plenty of space for everyone and the house was well stocked. The yard is expansive and wonderful - the kids loved exploring. We would stay here again. A couple of call outs for littles (and I guess old folk too) the stairs are steep. My 2 year old navigated them just fine but made me nervous ;) also, the house isn’t very quiet because of the old, beautiful floor boards so bring those noise machines! "

"A beautiful eclectic home !! Had a wonderful family girls trip celebrating my sister’s 65th birthday! This home was spacious with stunning views and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed that we were close enough to town and yet at the end of the day benefited from the privacy & uniqueness of this fabulous home , additionally, the goats were an added bonus to our fun . Lastly , David could not have been a better host !. Our needs were immediately addressed !! A++"

"I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We had an amazing stay at the property! Surprised my mom for her 70th birthday and had so much fun. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the cars go by and the sheep grazing across the street. Swam in the pool, relaxed in the wood fired hot tub, played lawn games, and built a fort with the human sized lincoln log set. I'd highly recommend this property for any family looking to have a relaxing weekend in the country."

"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. My sister drove over from the finger lakes and we hosted a family dinner for her and my in-laws. It was . takeout from Spatola’s we just loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it.
