"The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price."

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "

"We were there for the NFC championship game and although Albert, the bartender was working as hard as he can, the bar restaurant area was very under staff for the amount of people that were in the hotel that night. Would’ve thought it would’ve been better staff, knowing what possibly would happen at the end of the game"

"I've stayed here before and did enjoy my stay for an overnight visit. The food at the restaurant is good for a quick bite. There was an issue with with the tub and sink, I mentioned it to the front desk and the concierge when I called in. They were able to compensate me for the trouble. When I stayed here before I had 0 issues. I will go back as it is convenient location wise and all the staff are very friendly. This was the only time I've ever had an issue hence the 4 stars and not 5."
