"I needed to book something quick for my uncles funeral that would accommodate my large family. This place was perfect and in an area that was close to the funeral home. We had enough space for everyone. Just needed to be more stocked with the essentials "

Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. "The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!."

"Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back."

"The Great Times house was just as expected. It's a standard Long Island suburban house. It's not a big house, but it had plenty of room for our group. It's very clean, and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and if you forgot something, there's a Walmart Supercenter just up the street. "

"stayed here with my parents and 4 other adults to visit my son at stony brook. The house is very clean and well decorated, new kitchen with all the necessary tools. We will stay here again. "

"Great location. Great house. Close to ocean and bay. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could make large family meals. Two nice sized bedrooms. Third small bedroom had 4 bunk-style twin beds. Fourth bed was a loft accessible by ladder. "

"This was a perfect home base for my short visit to Long Island! It has everything necessary, was close to so many restaurants of all types and the host provided extensive information about the area. The host was communicative and friendly. An overall great stay!"

"I enjoyed everything about this property except the description stated there were 2 steps to enter property. It failed to metro the 15 stairs once you opened the door. My aunt struggled with this so be aware when booking this property if you have accessibility needs. "

"Everything was great only issue was that we have been traveling and needed laundry and there was no access to washer and dryer so we had to go to the laundromat around the corner"

"The property was clean and just a described. We had a family trip to visit relatives. There were 7 adults and a 3 year old. The added toys in the room with 2 twin beds was an unexpected surprise! Last minute we were able to add a dog to the trip. All in all we had a comfortable stay. Would. not hesitate to recommend to other travelers."

"What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! What a neat house! Thanks, Joe for making our trip to the area a memorable one!"

"This house was truly exceptional—more like a mansion! It features three beautifully appointed living rooms and a special family room with a full-service bar and six stools. Every space was well-furnished, thoughtfully designed, and so clean. We’ve paid much more for rentals in the Hamptons and never experienced anything that compares to this. An outstanding place—we’ll definitely be back!"
