"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "

"It was nice although the steam room and sauna where broken and have been for the past two years kids where in the pool about an hr past what is allowed when we got there there was one person maning the front dest she was more interested in talking to the couple she was checking in and joking around with them than doing her job there was a long line that built up rather quickly took way to long to check in but otherwise had a nice time and we enjoyed our time the room was nice and hot tub was...
