"We traveled to Benson to have a birthday celebration with family from Raleigh. The minute I saw this place on VRBO, I knew it would be amazing. The home was absolutely beautiful and well appointed. The views of the lake were picturesque. From the time we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by Jerry (The owner) and his staff. What an incredible sight to see. So many beautiful animals were rescued by him. Animals that others either discarded or abused. My husband and I tried to help...

"My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response.
