WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"We were stuck here when florida got the 8 inches of snow. Lots of staff stayed with us in the hotel. Food in downstairs area was good. Inside pool could be a bit warmer but it was dooable.hot tub was nice especially in the snow!"

"Location was amazing. Very comfy and serene part of the area and totally conveniently located. Hotel was nice for the most part. Grounds are incredibly lovely. Room was fine except the bathroom was a bit of a disaster. The breakfast was truly terrible and the restaurant/bar was closed for the season for some reason. No big deal but they should have advertised that it wouldn’t be open"

"The property was very nice, easy check-in, and very friendly staff. The clerk who checked us in, we think her name was Tatiana, was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. Our view of the water was really pretty from the 4th floor. The only thing we didn't love was that the bar downstairs closed at 10 pm on a Sat night. Parking was easy to pay for and not a bad rate at $10 for 24 hours. We will absolutely stay here again!"
