"There are a lot of stairs in this hotel. The rooms were very warm so I don’t know if the air was working right or if they didn’t have any."

"the staff are very helpful and friendly. Asia assisted me in planning my trip to the city, giving me a map and suggesting how to plan my day. the staff in the restaurant are excellent too. Francesco gives suggestion of what food I should try. Paolini checks if I was enjoying my meals. They want to ensure that I enjoy my stay in the hotel."

"Excellent hotel close to Rome Airport. Great restaurant in the hotel. Quiet, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. It’s a bit hard to find the spot to pick up the shuttle at the airport. That is my only negative comment."

"Everything was perfect, from being able to check in a bit early after a long flight, to being able to relax before heading to our next destination. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was always available to help and answer questions. One of the managers made sure to greet us to make sure everything went well. Breakfast had many options for me, someone who has many restrictions on food. Room was very clean and had lots of room for me and my son. "

Rome

"The hotel was near the Rome Termini train station, which we used for day trips to Tuscany and Florence. It was a 20 min walk to Tevin fountain and the Coliseum. We used the Artemis’s as a home base for 8 days. The breakfast buffet was full of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cappuccino, American coffee, and juices. The only concern were the bathtubs. We had to ask for a bath at for our 88 year old father. It was a struggle for him and they didn’t have anything to hold onto. "
