"No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!! "

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...
