"This property was perfect for us. There were 4 adults. The bedrooms, along with bathrooms, are located on opposite ends of the house which gave us privacy. The kitchen and living room were very modern and nicely appointed. We had occasion to contact the host and she was totally responsive and kind. We are looking to stay next year as well. "

"We loved our weekend at Whimsy in the Woods. I could have spent the entire time gazing out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the woods, birds, and deer. The house was so well stocked - with k-cups, coffee, tea, spices, toiletries, kitchen spray, trash bags, everything you could think of - and our host added some extra special touches like leaving us the makings of s’mores. The hot tub was lovely, the fireplaces super cozy, and the loft was perfect for the kids."

The cleanliness of the cabin was amazing and the host was nothing but helpful providing lots of optuons in the area for food and groceries to the amenities he offered at the cabin. "We stayed here 2 nights traveling through PA to Ohio. Picked the area to visit Koziar’s Christmas Village which we loved! The Cozy Cabin was super cute, clean and convenient. They were very accommodating letting us change our stay due to illness. Highly recommend - everything was great! "

"The home was very nice. It definitely could use some minor fixes and updates. Light switches had painters tape with instructions on them. The living room heat didn’t work as well as the bedroom heat. This caused the bedroom to be very warm or the living room to be cold. The jet tub in the master bedroom didn’t work. Very small toilets."

"My dad and I went to an event at a nearby offroad and stayed here. The place was right across from a farm with a great view of a local forest. It was quiet and clean and they included a nice welcome basket along with some toiletries in case you forgot something. We had a little trouble with the Internet at first but the owner quickly took care of it. They were very communicative and apologetic. Only thing to keep in mind is that one “bedroom” is just a curtain partition but both beds were very...
