"Heater was stuck on 75, could not get anything lower when the ambient temp was 40!!!! The hallways were easily 80 degrees and the restaurant was very short staffed- however! The restaurant manager was AMAZING and he was taking care of all of the customers like I haven't seen before! Bravo for taking charge of a difficult situation and making our experience awesome! Thank you! "
