"I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. "We had a wonderful experience in a safe and clean Redlands neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was near to shopping and other amenities. Hetavi was a gracious host who addressed any issues we had and gave us great advice for accessing services and restaurants in the area.
