Charlotte helped me with my check in process and she was lovely. Accessing things you might need to your room is fast and convenient via message. You’re able to leave your luggage before and after check-in. Room was for 3 people and it was decent size. Buffet breakfast was very good. Two train stops less than 5 minute walk away. "Very unique and authentic French hotel. Lovely staff who are always smiling and friendly. Loved the 24/7 desk as you felt really safe. Nice area with lots of cafes near by. So easy to access the metro around Paris. My only suggestion is a fridge in the room for our food and water, also a kettle would have been nice. However, you can get fresh hot water from coffee machine downstairs. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. "
