"The property was better than I expected. I will be back to visit again. The only thing I didn’t like was there were a little bugs on the bathroom towels that were moving so I had to have room service come and swap out and take all my linen and replace it. The front desk was helpful in regards to getting it done and taken care of right away, but I feel like that should’ve been checked before I came in because the bugs were completely visible on the white towels. I even took photos."

"Our stay at the Fairmont was unplanned. We came to town for a convention and booked two nights elsewhere. We then decided to stay another night and had to find a different hotel. The Fairmont was available and it was a lovely, unexpected surprise! It’s not a new hotel, but has been kept in very good condition. I love the feel of the era gone by that it maintains. I had several interactions with different members of the staff, and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. We agreed that if we come back to Dallas, we would stay there again."

I asked to order some Amazon items and the email responses were really kind, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here everytime we go through Dallas airport. Best airport hotel we have stayed in.
