"Gary was an excellent bellman. He provided me with all the information I needed to know. Hotel was fabulous. A bit pricey, but lived up to expectations. Your staff for the valet was also excellent. They were very attentive to my needs (I had a lot of bags to load and unload). Will definitely look for a Hyatt Regency when traveling. "

"Very nice hotel with big rooms, location is actually very central, free-parking is great although the lot gets a little crowded occasionally sharing with the restaurant/nightclub next-door but it was never too bad, there is more metered parking up the street where you can park overnight if need be. Friendly staff, restaurant is great and the rooftop is nice "
