"Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. Very happy with our stay!"

"The hotel was homey, and had a cool lobby & garden pub that felt like a local hangout. So it felt like we were locals and not visitors from the US. Best part of the location was how close it really is to the train station! 1/4 block which made getting around London super convenient. It's located in a "suburb" so more like a fun neighborhood & coming home than a hotel. Definitely recommend for amenities, vibe, location & Vale to price. . "
