She said she was going to give us a tour on check in but eventually found out she did not (she just walked us to our room) and she actually was not very forthcoming with giving a description of the property and what the property offers as part of the welcome. "The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. In the morning, I was offered an Americana in the lobby which was nice... & Delicious. Anytime we called front desk, they always answered & assisted us very politely. The only issue I...
