Everything went above and beyond our expectations… the kayaking, fishing, gym, ping pong table, screened in dining area large enough for our 2 families…. All while looking at the most picturesque view of what felt like our own personal lake. Thank you for this incredible memory… we will definitely be back soon!"

"This place should not be operating. It’s a public health hazard. We came in later day and the first thing my child screamed out was that she had seen a mouse. I should have believed her the first time. But overnight, the mouse attacked our snack supply. When we left, we had to throw all of our food away!! In fact, there were so many mouse droppings everywhere I was startled! I spotted them on the couches, in the bathroom. But especially concerning and completely gross was to spot them in the...

"A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"Lovely, immaculate home with great attention to detail! Gorgeous surroundings with ALL of the comforts of home. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna tremendously and even spun some vinyls. Saundra was an awesome hostess with prompt communications. She left easily understandable directions for everything…from use of the house to recommendations for local things to do, restaurants, etc.! We wish we had more time, so we will be back! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was convenient, in a beautiful area.The amenities were accurate as described and shown. The bed on the main floor was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. We made use of the deck and dock landing, and took the rowboat out on the lake. Some minor things: charcoal weber grill cover has no handle. Steps to upstairs are very steep (hard for our dog to navigate). Microwave needs upgrading. Some"
