It has a little rooftop bar where everybody socializes one of the best breakfast buffets we've had in our whole trip to Italy park right in front of the hotel in the parking lot for the bay/pier. It's a 2 to 3 minute walk to the ferry that takes you north to portofino There's lots of nice shops, walking distance in downtown for Resturants provisions wine merchants. "I have been staying at a lot of places lately as I have been doing a month long trip Euro Trip. What I liked about this place was that it was very affortable and easy to get around since the bus stop is right around thr corner. The train station is close too. The staff was really nice and friendly! I came in late and the process was very easy to get in. It was a bit rainy and I was even lended an umbrella. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"This review is for sister hotel next door at hotel Grand Savoia where we got upgraded. It’s great they let us check in early at 10 am coming from a cruise. A great 5 star hotel with nice reception desk and elegant lounge. Room was very nice clean and a good size except mattress was little soft. Train station and bus stops including bus for hop on hop off bus is just across."
