"The property staff in the morning were great and she was very friendly. The maintenance team that helped with my hot water situation was really nice. I disliked having to switch rooms once I had already unpacked however, I liked the fact that they were accommodating to my situation with the room and corrected the issue by moving me to a new room and my stay was great.
