"we had a lovely time with Cecile and family. The house and its grounds are beautiful, quiet and with a lovely warm pool and play area for the kids. You will need a car to get about, although the peaceful location was why we picked here, and there are lots of picturesque villages and attractions within easy reach. Cecile and her husband are the best hosts I've ever met, going above and beyond for us given our complete hopelessness in knowing any french, helping us to learn some of the language as well as making every effort to ensure our stay was exceptional. Thoroughly recommend."

"Lovely place. Two bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom down a spiral staircase, not for the elderly who need to visit the loo at night!. Nathalie was wonderful. It is part of a 300 cow dairy farm. They reminded us they were close by. Countryside was fantastic. Loved the experience. "

"Amazing place! So glad we chose to stay here away from the towns. We were still really close to Caen, Bayeux, and the WWII sites and even Mont St Michel! since we rented a car. They also upgraded our room to the deluxe! It was very spacious with amazing views from both windows. Highly recommend everyone to consider this hotel during their stay in Normandy. Oh and they also have like 5 kitties that stay at the place that are very friendly! Definitely a bonus for this cat lover 😅"

"We liked that it was part of Accuielle Velo. The dining room was not open but meal trays were offered. This was helpful because we were traveling by bike and the hotel is somewhat remote. The meals were simply small microwaveable dishes, plus some extras. Better than nothing but not worth 23 euros apiece! That is absurd for what we got. We have had other boxed meals in France that were far better. Breakfast was only 11.50 Euros apiece and much higher quality. The hosts were very nice but I recommend bringing your own food to microwave. "

Heureusement qu’il y a l’extérieur et qu’il faisait bon… Par contre, l’intérieur est un mobilhome.. donc très étroit et pour ce qui est des couchages… mieux vaut avoir un bon dos..Et pour 6… un peu rude non? Un peu déçue du manque de clarté sur le bien …sinon tout était bien propre à notre arrivée"
