"It was actually easy to locate. It is within Grand Arenas plaza. Walkable distance from the tram stop. A 5 minute tram ride from both airport terminals. Will stay at this location on another trip to Nice. Very conviniently located. I also like the kitchenette within the rooms. Very clean spaces, with all necessary amenities. Convenience stores, cafes and mini restaurants just walking distances within arenas plaza. "

"Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
