"The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the boulevard. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The apartment looked a little tired but understandable due to the age of the building. Some repairs are needed (a window latch was broken) but for the value the apartment was superb. We wwould definitely consider staying again when returning to beautiful Nice."

Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive.
