She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to help us find a place to dine. Her delicious breakfast showcases her baking skills and the local goods from this fascinating area. "

"Room had no windows in bedroom area ( no a/c in room), had to leave door open to get fresh air; not an option when retiring for the night. Room was not as advertising in photo."

"Sarlat is a great place from which to explore the Dordogne and you won't find a better place to stay than O Claire de Lune. Breakfasts included home baked bread and pastries and one day Crepe! We will recommend to all our friends for both this place and the region."

"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

"Bon séjour, la piscine mériterait d'être couverte pour ne pas être très froide même au mois d'aout . Un peu excentré de toutes activités ou commerce . Manque de materiel pour la cuisine"

"The hosts (Americans, who settled in France a few years ago ) were very kind and helpful. They speak French, English and Spanish. The husband - who is also the cook - proposes dishes typical to the area for the dinner. Nice location, terrasse, and pool. The rooms are nice, but I would prefer a wood floor rather than tiles."

"Si vous souhaitez visiter Cahors et ses environs (Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie etc), cette maison d' hôtes est parfaite. Vous êtes seulement à 6 kms de Cahors et dans une résidence de charme restaurée avec beaucoup de gout. Le petit déjeuner dans la salle de réception est très bien. En plus, la propriétaire Cécile accueille très bien ses hôtes. Je conseille vivement. Mimi et Joseph pour l' anniversaire de nos 20 ans"

"Pam and Glynn run a gorgeous, friendly and relaxing home from home (with more sunshine) close to Domme. It’s a relatively new house with a few guest rooms, a self catering unit in the lower ground ( for 6 people), a lovely terrace for breakfast, several outdoor seating areas (in the sun and shade) for lounging and eating, and a swimming pool that my girls enjoyed swimming & cooling off in. Pam & Glynn are very welcoming, plenty of chat and good tips on what to do and visit in the area - Glynn...

"These are lovely people and it’s a beautiful located property. If you are from the UK or US the owners both speak amazing English and will make you most welcome. Two nights wasn’t enough, but we were unable to extend our stay as it was fully booked. Would love to come back one day. "
