"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

"Pam and Glynn run a gorgeous, friendly and relaxing home from home (with more sunshine) close to Domme. It’s a relatively new house with a few guest rooms, a self catering unit in the lower ground ( for 6 people), a lovely terrace for breakfast, several outdoor seating areas (in the sun and shade) for lounging and eating, and a swimming pool that my girls enjoyed swimming & cooling off in. "We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets.
