"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

"A lovely, comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet hilltop village with stunning views all round. We enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. It was a difficult to find the property on arrival despite the instructions provided, these could have more detailed and an accompanying map would have been helpful.We ended up parking our car in the village for the week as the narrow and steep road up to the property was challenging."

"We are just back from our stay and it was a truly genuine Tuscan experience. We were treated to a gorgeous meal on our night of arrival with our host Francesca and her family. She made us all the local dishes, we tried her stunning wines and we got so much advice on where to visit on our trip from her. "Well presented villa with a nice pool. The website photos do not do it justice! Outdoor seating/eating terraces at both ends of the villa ensure that there is always a shaded area in which to sit. Excellent facilities are provided, beds were comfortable and bathrooms all well equipped with good showers. Outdoor space is generous allowing for ball games and frisbees. "This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish.
