"Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. "Nice house and location. No air in the main part of the house and no screens- bugs when windows were open. I asked about bugs before I booked. The owner gave us a fan. Extra pillows and pillow cases would have been nice. I know it’s vrbo however, body soap and have soap would have been nice. The owner was very concerned about us taking out the garbage. Hospitality was ok."

"We really enjoyed our stay up in the hills with great views and very secluded from the world. The dirt track road to the property was a little challenging in our vehicle, so recommend stocking up on supplies to minimise the journeys in and out (or could just be my driving capabilities 😂) this suited us fine! Communications with the owners was great, they were on hand if needed. Also, the owners have delicious honey that you can buy!"

The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs.
