Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. "This is an amazing hotel nestled in on a side street in the center of Catania. It’s closed to everything you need. I had an amazing dinner steps away from my room last night for Christmas. Nicola is an incredible host. He made sure that all my needs were met. After being in Rome for 5 days I needed a break from the hustle n bustle of a big city that’s very noisy. Well here at this hotel there is no outside sounds to be heard from my room besides the beautiful church bells ringing time to time....

"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."
