Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. "Nicola was amazing. From checking in to check out he was a pure professional. Very concerned with my well-being making sure everything was OK. I had a change in my travel plans due to weather in central Sicily and Nicola was able to move things around to accommodate me two extra nights. He was just amazing. I read this property as one of the best I’ve ever stayed at considering it’s in a city and if I had a rated out of 10, I would give it a 30 that’s how good this place is you cannot go wrong."
