"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The location is excellent—just minutes from Beech Mountain Resort, making it perfect for skiing or snowboarding. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was stunning.There were a few drawbacks, though. Communication with the owner/manager was slow. The hot water runs out quickly, so we had to wait about 15 minutes between showers for it to reheat. Parking is also limited, which can be inconvenient if spots are taken by other units.Overall,...

They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even going so far as to shuttle me back and forth to work when my car couldnt handle the weather conditions. They gave an address to a building on the opposite side of the property, there are 11 buildings so they need to be more clear on instructions on exactly what building to go to and what floor. -No pool/spa access- you have to scan a badge to get into the pool/hottub area and there was no access key left in the room, which the heated pool...
