"Great location. Rocky start as unit wasn’t clean when we arrived. Manager was called and immediately took care of the error. Austin came to make sure we were good, cleaning people Kind and thorough. They went beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. In life mistakes happen, it’s how you handle them that makes a difference. Bravo! I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone. Updated, convenient, clean, comfortable, perfect spot. Will definitely stay again."

"This lodging was perfect for our weekend trip to Boone for the High Country Beer Fest! The only downside was how the water supply seemed to be shared across all 3 units in Chestnut cabin 37, so there was sometimes low water pressure or no water at all, flowing to the sinks and shower at times when water might've been in higher demand. But overall, it was a very peaceful stay!"

"Spacious one bedroom studio with sitting room. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Big plus is that it also had reserved parking spot. Host excellently communicated check in and check out. We were within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful Glen Barney trailhead. "We traveled with some friends to Blowing Rock to celebrate my husband’s birthday. John was wonderful to work with! Very responsive and welcoming! We even had to go back to pick up an item we left behind and John was so easy to reach! The house was the perfect set up with plenty of space to spread out. The location was great.
